Camp Warwa Outdoor Education Center
Camp Warwa has been offering high quality, affordable outdoor education programs since 1980. We offer a variety of accommodations, hearty meals and professionally facilitated outdoor programs. Over 8,000 people participate in Camp Warwa programs every year, representing hundreds of local schools, scout groups, guide troupes and sports teams. We are committed to offering you the best experience we can, while maintaining rates that give you top value.
The Camp Warwa Outdoor Education Center offers many programs suitable for all ages. The programs we offer promote teamwork, problem solving, leadership and communication skills while still being fun for participants. Before you arrive, you will be able to select the programs that you are most interested in and our team will try their best to ensure that the schedule for your visit reflects your choices as best, they can.
All of our programs are done as rotation blocks of about 75 minutes each, in groups of about 10-15. Along with this we have wide games that are played by the whole group. All of our programs are facilitated by our trained and experienced staff. Some of our programs can be run all year round such as Climbing Wall and Fire and Shelter. Along with this we have a range of season specific programs such as Cross- Country Skiing in Winter and Canoeing in Spring and Fall.
Take a look at the Activity Guide below to see the full list of programs we offer along with a description of each.
Packages & Rates
Camp Warwa takes group bookings all year round, with the exception of July & August. Groups can choose between our Day Use, All Inclusive and Tenting Packages. All these packages include your day(s) filled with your choice of programming led by our trained facilitators. The packages allow for visits of 1-3 days and include multiple options for accommodations and meal service.
Take a look at the Rates Documents below to get more information on the types of packages that we offer. Note that our price breaks reduce your rate per participant the more people you bring. Also note that any adult chaperones or leaders you bring come at a discounted rate. This discounted rate assumes that these chaperones are in a supervisory role and that they will not be actively participating in all programs.
